As the previous post said, thats the air filter housing cover directly in front of the battery according to your pic. Several small screws hold it in place, remove screws, remove cover, replace filter, reverse procedure.

Its on the top, you should see it real good, its usually on the right side close to the battery, just unscrew the screws and take the old one out and put the new one in.
