The Honeywell is a low quality unit with very expensive filters. You may want to look at the Sun Pure SP-20C at http://www.allergy-relief-air-purifier.c Easy to maintain and truly the top of the line air purifier. There are even videos to show you how to maintain the unit. The filter is good for 2 years and the UV bulbs are good for one year at a cost of $145. I hope this helps.
