It really isn't necessary to put injector additive on every fillup. You should change the air filter, when of course, its dirty looking. May have to actually pull it out to see the opposite side. How do I fix?I have a Troy-Bilt 21 in. 0650 series push lawn mower with a 6.5 hp Briggs %26amp; Stratton engine. It starts fine and then stops at regular intervals. Have the carburetor cleaned, and that's the only potential problem by your symptoms described you haven't already addressed!Lawn Mower starts Easy and Stalls repeatedly. How do I fix?
There is defiantly a fuel problem most likely a dirty carb. Especially on a Briggs motor there are small jet ports in th carb that get clogged from dirt or stale gas it causes a build up inside th carb. It is relatively easy to do but if you are a bit Leary of doing this yourself take it to a shop should run you about 40 bucks to have the carb cleaned but if you are smart get the machine serviced fully usually around 90 bucks for a full service IE plug air filter oil change blade sharpened and a carb cleaning.Cyrstalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11288372489374657804noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4894383168845984141.post-73372475714994422822011-09-22T05:24:00.001-07:002011-09-22T05:24:11.553-07:00How Long Does It Take to Get Air Out of Lines After Changing Fuel Filter?I am assuming you need to refill the lines and the new filter. Fuel injected cars run with high pressure and as soon as you turn the key to on, it will pressurize the lines with gas. If your car is older and has a mechanical fuel pump, you will have to crank the engine for while to get all the air out of the lines, but not much more than a minute or two.How Long Does It Take to Get Air Out of Lines After Changing Fuel Filter?
What he said, just leave the ignition on but not started 30 seconds, check under where you repaired just in case. It requires you to remove the glovebox, which is held in with something like 7 screws, and a small plastic panel, held in with the plastic plugs. After removing those, there is an electrical unit that is located behind where the glovebox once was; remove that from its clip, and shift it accordingly, as you will now be sliding the cabin air filter out from behind the centrally located HVAC controls (This was a pain for me). Additionally, there should be some foam that goes around some piping above the filter, this should be replaced as well. Be sure to clear out any leaves and major stuff that is in the area in which the new filter goes. Then just go through the steps backwards to put the new filter and foam back in.

As for the air filter for the engine, that is located in front of the passenger side front wheel at the bottom of the bumper. At least in the 2006 9-5, it is located in a plastic box which has a snorkel leading up to the front grill. To access it, there are 4 torx screws holding a panel on the bottom of the box. Unscrew these, remove the panel and the engine air filter should drop down. Then just reverse the steps to put it back in.

Hopefully this helps. I am not sure if things might be slightly different on earlier models, and I may have missed a small step here or there, but this is what I remember doing when I changed the filters about a year ago. They installed a Lennox 12ACB air conditioner, a Lennox G40UH gas furnace, and an Aprilaire 2400 air cleaner. The systems all run great, but I've never changed any filters. Where are they is the question? I see that the Aprilaire one is easy to change. If your A/C coil and furnace are in the attice then the filter is in the return duct usually located in the hallway, there may be more than one, my house is 2000 square feet and I have 3. If your A/C/furnace is located in a garage or room they usually put them in the unit itself, you will have to remove a panel normally labeled %26quot;filter inside%26quot;. If your A/C furnace is old and you cant read any labels anymore you can either look through the manual or type in the model number on the internet and find it that way.

Walk around your house and look at the supply and return registers, the return registers look different and are usually bigger. If you live in the North I would have to say the filter will be in the unit itself, if you live in the south and your supply and return registers are on the ceiling then I would have to say the filter is probably in the register. How do I replace my furnace / air conditioning filter(s)?
I myself would contact the company who installed them for you.

Didnt you receive an owners manual for the appliances?

Possibly look online for the specific brand %26amp; model numbers of your units.

ChrisHow do I replace my furnace / air conditioning filter(s)?
I would assume that the only filter on your system is the Aprilaire 2400. That of course doesn't explain why there is so much dust in your house or ours, but I'm thinking that perhaps our houses are too 'tight': i.e., no drafts, so the dust has no place to go except up in the air and back down on the furniture, floors, etc. Of course, this is not some scientific reason, just an opinion, but maybe it's a start...Dust dust dust ... how can it be???
its like this have you ever thought do you own a vacuum cleaner a coures you do and when you vacuum the floor you are tring to get the dirt you bring in from the out side well the bag has pores and it has to breth so the dust comes back in to the air
Report Abuse
Dust dust dust ... how can it be???
most dust in your house comes from your attic actually. look for leaks in your duct system.Dust dust dust ... how can it be???
This is a tough one girl. Air blows over this coil before it reaches the inside of you home. When it gets moist, it will mildew in time, thus the moldy smell. Your coils (condenser and evaporator) need to be cleaned by a tech about once a year.
What is the source of a funky smell coming from the AC/Heat air vents?.?
The first thing that comes to my mind is check and see if you have a leak in your heater core. I am not sure where it is located on your particular unit. If it is leaking, the carpet my be wet on the passengers side. Like I say, I am not up on your model, it may be under the hood, either way, it will be enclosed in the duct work, and could be a source of this smell, if that is the problem. What is the source of a funky smell coming from the AC/Heat air vents?.?
something dead in itWhat is the source of a funky smell coming from the AC/Heat air vents?.?
Could be anything but I will address the most common issue.

Exactly what it smells like... Mold from moisture most likely. Humidity, condensation or whatever it got moist. Then molded. At places like AutoZone or Pep Boys they sell a sprayer that kills mold. Buy it then follow directions to fumigate your vent system without having to dissasemble it.

Also sometimes a leaking heater core can let antifreeze into the vent area and it will make a similar smell but usually more sickly sweet.
migrating existing portal

pink nail polish turn
Cyrstalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11288372489374657804noreply@blogger.com
